SPECIALIST DDS ŞEVKET ŞAHİN

• He is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• He completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry between 2006 and 2012.

• In 2013, he ranked 18th nationwide in the Dental Specialization Examination (DUS) and began his specialty training at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry.

• In 2017, he completed his thesis entitled “Comparison of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection with a Treatment Protocol Using Ringer’s Lactate Alone in the Arthrocentesis Treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders” and qualified as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

•During his specialty training, he actively worked on orthognathic jaw surgery, temporomandibular joint treatments, dental implant procedures, advanced bone augmentation procedures, impacted tooth surgery, jaw pathologies and maxillofacial trauma.

• Having attended numerous national and international congresses and symposiums, Şevket Şahin, DDS, is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Turkish Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
